Refund policy

Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Because our templates are digital files delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind once the files have been downloaded.

However, if your download is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, we'll make it right. Contact us at benteaguey6@gmail.com and we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you're unsure whether a template suits your needs, please read the product description carefully or get in touch before purchasing.
