Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We don't ship physical goods. All Teague Industries products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase — no waiting, no postage.

How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time from your order confirmation page. Your purchase includes a ZIP file containing all template files and the Start here guide.

Download issues

If your download link isn't working, the files are corrupted, or you can't access your order, please contact us at benteaguey6@gmail.com and we'll sort it out promptly.

No shipping costs

Because everything is digital, there are no shipping or postage charges.
